Our company conducts full notification of all expenses regardless of cost and prior to any work beginning. You will also receive annual and monthly statements w/detailed reports of any expenses if any plus all original receipts from merchants for material and labor.

In any case, our investors are welcome to assign whomsoever they choose to perform any repairs or maintenance which SYNC will fully coordinate with and supervise until all work is completed. We will also build a relationship w/any company you choose as well as negotiate prices on your behalf saving you as much money as possible.

Our company also provides on-line rent payment services for our residents, 24/7 on call for emergencies, and courtesy assistance for services unrelated to any repairs or maintenance from hanging pictures to installing flat panels.
